Born in Australia, raised on the mission field in Indonesia, went to an American boarding school (back then designed for missionary kids) in Penang, Malaysia (hence the accent) Completed a business degree in Pennsylvania, USA (the accent stuck) Fun fact: my father was a bishop in Indonesia - he banned Jesus Christ Superstar from the country and so I avoided watching the musical till later in life!
