Paul O'Keefe et al v. Karen Read et al - Motion to Dismiss

The family of John O'Keefe has filed a wrongful death lawsuit targeting Karen Read as well as the bars and restaurants where she, O'Keefe, and their friends spent time on the night he died. Read was previously acquitted of second-degree murder in connection with the January 2022 death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O’Keefe.
