  • The power of consistency
    Mar 16 2026

I've impressed myself today because this is the 100th Monday Motivation that we've put out for our members. That's nearly two years of doing this every Monday. Of course, that kind of consistency is really important in any kind of marketing. The more you show up, the more predictable your results.

My team and I have developed robust systems over the years to make sure all of our content goes out every single week, regardless of vacations, illnesses, whatever. In today's Monday Motivation, I'm going to talk about why you need to have the same approach to your marketing and how our MSP Marketing Edge system makes that easy for you.

  • Offer your technicians $10 for every Google review they get
    Mar 9 2026

There are lots of ways to get reviews for your MSP. And this week we're talking about an easy way you can motivate your technicians to ask for them on your behalf. One of our MSP Marketing Edge members gives his technicians $10 for every Google review they get and even more if they're actually named within the review. It's created a buzz and a bit of friendly competition amongst the technicians. Is this something that you would do?

  • Should you hire a dispatcher???
    Mar 2 2026

Tell me, do you have someone in this role? It's someone on your help desk team, but who isn't a technician. Their job is to be the face of customer service for your business. They sit between the technicians and the clients, making sure that they feel heard and are delighted with your business. Done well, a dispatcher role can create a lot more capacity for your existing technicians and let them get on with their work without so many interruptions. Let's explore this role in full and why I believe every MSP should hire a dispatcher.

  • Our new content calendar and community
    Feb 23 2026

A couple of weeks back, we made two major additions to the portal. Have you seen them yet? The first was a content calendar that allows you to see what content we suggest you post when. It's also a record of what content will go out when you're using our social media CSVs, and when the done for you team is scheduling your content for you.

We also added a new community to the portal. Don't worry, the members-only Facebook group isn't going away for at least the next two years. In today's podcast, I'm going to dive a little more into these and the benefits to you... how you can use them to make your marketing easy.

  • The myth of multitasking
    Feb 16 2026

I know, I know... you genuinely can do 15 things at once. You can have a YouTube on in the background getting marketing advice while you're closing tickets in your PSA, while you're upgrading a laptop, while you're eating a sandwich, while you're shooting aliens on your PS5. Just because you can do all these things at once doesn't mean that you should. Because I genuinely believe, after years of trying it myself, that multitasking is a myth. Let's explore this.

  • Moving from being a tech to a leader
    Feb 9 2026

There comes a point in every MSP owner's career when you realise that the business will never grow past a certain size if you remain as the senior tech person. You have MUCH more value to offer as the leader of the business than you do being a tech. But I do know that this is potentially a very difficult decision for you to make. Let's explore why letting go of the tech is a watershed moment for every MSP.

  • The BIG LinkedIn change
    Feb 2 2026

LinkedIn's quietly rolled out a major change called 360Brew. And while most people are ignoring it, it’s a signal of where LinkedIn is heading next. It’s a shift in how LinkedIn connects posts, profiles, comments, expertise, and engagement into one big picture of who you are and what you’re known for. I believe this is important for MSPs because it affects who sees your content, how you’re understood, and whether or not LinkedIn treats you like a trusted voice. In today's Monday Motivation, we'll dive into the major changes and how they affect what you're doing.

  • Get your ICP right
    Jan 26 2026

Your ICP is your Ideal Client Profile and it describes the kind of clients that you would adore to attract to your MSP. Trouble is when I ask most MSPs what their ICP is, they say "anyone with 5+ users and a wallet". That's completely missing the power of having a tight and focused ICP. Let's look at what you need instead, in today's Monday Motivation.
