Pathway to Rest - Part 2

As progressive individuals and communities, we have managed to turn a lot of our pursuits in life to infinite endeavors. However, there are very few things in life whose pursuit should and will not end, the chief of which is our pursuit of the knowledge of God. So, how do we obtain rest from our many toils and labors? Through the prophet Jeremiah, God proposes a remedy; "This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it"" (Jeremiah 6:16).

What a stunning response to the avenue of mercy. And what will your answer be today?
