  • 06 Prayer | Behold, Thine Handmaid
    Mar 22 2026

True prayer is only complete when the Word received in the Spirit is manifested in one’s life—a process that occurs as the natural mind is engaged and open to step into the experience of what the Lord has on offer.

In this message, titled “Prayer (Behold, Thine Handmaid)”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how believers can engage spiritual realities by aligning their imagination with God’s Word. He shows that the transition from spiritual reception to manifestation depends on the harmony between external thought (the manservant) and external feeling (the handmaid). He explains in detail what the handmaid is, showing its vital role in the process. He notes how the intensity and consistency of feelings of gratitude, joy, peace, etc. shape how effectively the Word of God becomes reality. Ultimately, Pastor Jeffrey Walter provides practical guidance on how to apply these principles in prayer, including cultivating the right mental and emotional posture and sustaining it to bring about manifestation.

May the Lord help you tarry in prayer until His Word is manifested in your life.

    Key Scripture: Luke 1:28-38

38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

Other Scriptures: John 1:1-5,14, Joel 2:28-29, Philippians 4:6, Matthew 14:16-20

  • 05 Wisdom for Life Series | The Familiar Friend
    Mar 20 2026

Transformation is never easy. It requires that we leave what is familiar, step into the unknown, and confront parts of ourselves we would rather avoid. Many of us stay where we are - not because it is good for us, but because it is a familiar terrain. Fear, anxiety, unhappiness, and even hopelessness can become so familiar that we begin to think they are normal. But God never designed us to live that way.

In this message, “The Familiar Friend”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter helps us to understand that the journey of transformation may be painful, slow, and uncomfortable - but it is worth it. He speaks of the inner struggle we all face when we try to grow, and how the “old self” often fights back. But when we choose repentance, trust God, and remain on the path, transformation becomes possible. God calls us out of fear into peace, out of anxiety into trust, and out of depression into joy. His word promises a life filled with righteousness, peace, and joy, and that promise is still true today.

If you have ever felt stuck, afraid to change, or discouraged by how hard the journey feels, this message will remind you that the process is not in vain. The road may be difficult - but the life God is leading you into is far greater than the one you are leaving behind.

May you be strengthened as you listen.

  • 05 When Ye Pray | Persisting In Prayer
    Mar 19 2026

Prayer is often reduced to a routine of just speaking to God, but it is meant to be far more. Prayer must be an act of genuine communion with God and true surrender, not an attempt to retain control while expecting results.

In this message titled “Persisting in Prayer”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains that effective persistent prayer requires motivation, urgency, and sometimes desperation, which often arise through life’s challenges. He addresses why believers may lack the zeal to pray even in difficult situations and urges us to see such situations not as reasons for withdrawal, but as opportunities to press more deeply into God and develop a stronger, more effective prayer life.

Again, Pastor Walter stresses the importance of spiritual vigilance, warning that neglecting spiritual, emotional, or physical issues can lead them to develop into greater problems over time. He presents prayer as both a defense and a preparation tool, equipping believers to overcome personal battles and also intercede for others.

Beloved, as you listen to this message, may you be stirred to persevere in prayer despite difficulty, seeking for a better future through consistent and heartfelt engagement with God.

    Mar 15 2026

The Lord has already set before us the path to deliverance from life’s afflictions, yet we often fail to follow it. Instead, we lean on our own efforts—guided by our senses—in an attempt to save ourselves, even when it leads us away from the true freedom He desires for us. True freedom, however, is experienced only when we cease from our own striving and return to the path the Lord has set for our deliverance.

In this message titled “When Ye Pray - Part 4,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter presents the Lord’s pathway to true deliverance, explaining that responding to life’s problems from a ‘fight or flight’ state inevitably leads to defeat. He cautions against relying on the strength of our flesh (senses) and urges us to quieten down its desires and falsities, restraining ourselves from its dictates, especially in prayer. He presents practical guidance on obtaining inward stillness through doctrine, songs, and effective prayer. Though walking the Lord’s prescribed path is great labour, full of agitation in the flesh, he encourages all believers to pursue it, emphasising its immense blessings and assuring that when we return to God in our afflictions, the answer to our deliverance is always ‘Yea and Amen.”

This message will empower you to strive for inward stillness, so that you can encounter God and experience His true deliverance.

    Key Scriptures: Isaiah 30:15-16 (KJV)

15 For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

16 But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

    Psalm 46:10 (KJV)

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Prayer is not merely the utterance of words or the effort of the natural mind to reach God; it begins where human effort ends in surrender to God. In this posture of yielding, the spiritual realm is accessed and genuine faith is birthed by the Spirit.

In this message titled, “When Ye Pray – 3,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter reveals that the spiritual realm cannot be accessed through natural means such as analytical thinking. He shows how the analytical mind (i.e., thinking from the natural self) hinders prayer by keeping us bound to the senses, and teaches that effective prayer comes through surrendering to God. Furthermore, he offers practical guidance on how to refrain from the analytical mind and distractions in prayer. Ultimately, he presents prayer as a transformative journey—through consistent surrender and repentance, desires are purified, spiritual awareness deepens, and one comes into genuine faith where divine answers are received.

May this message empower you to shut down the analytical mind and every other distraction in prayer.

    Key Scriptures: Mathew 19:24 (KJV)

And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

    Matthew 11:24(KJV)

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

God created us with inherent desires so that He may fulfill them according to His goodness. Yet, despite His Word assuring us that we will receive whatever we desire and ask of Him, our prayers often go unanswered. Are we simply desiring the good God intends for us wrongly, or have we not yet learned how to truly pray and receive what we ask for in prayer?

In this message titled “When Ye Pray - Part 2,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains why we often err in desiring the good God intends for us, and shows how to cultivate and obtain pure desires. He teaches the purpose of prayer and the need to obtain the inward assurance of having received what we ask for in prayer, even before its outward manifestation. He stresses the need to surrender, focus and meditate in prayer. He explains what it means to pray in the Spirit, its benefits, and offers practical guidance on how to approach and navigate prayer effectively. Ultimately, he urges all to labour in both desiring and praying rightly.

May this message empower you to cultivate the right desires and labour in effective prayer so that you may receive answers from God.

3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

    Matthew 6:6 (KJV)

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

  • 04 TSC Feb 26 Kumasi | Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Sick
    Mar 1 2026

There are times in our Christian walk when feelings of distress and agitation clearly reveal that we are spiritually sick. Though we may recognise these symptoms, we often ignore them or fail to discern their true source. True healing begins when we let God help us identify the root of our sickness and guide us into the faith that makes us whole.

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the essential role of patience in the journey of transformation. He explains that this journey must not be approached transactionally—as though immediate results are self-merited, but rather, with perseverance in obeying the Word of God. By examining spiritual symptoms, he shows how they should motivate obedience to God and reveals their true source: one’s faith.

In this episode, “Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Sick,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter examines common symptoms of spiritual sickness and offers practical ways to identify them in our lives. He emphasises the importance of rightly discerning the roots of these symptoms rather than ignoring them or merely seeking outward relief from the discomfort they cause. He also identifies the underlying cause of spiritual sickness and explains the transformation God leads us through to experience true inward healing. He concludes by urging believers to strive to obtain and embody the right inward faith through obedience, prayer and gratitude, trusting that God is always ready to bring us into the faith that makes us truly whole.

May you be empowered by this message to rightly discern your spiritual sickness and pursue the faith that can truly heal and make you whole.

    Mark 5:34 (KJV)

34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
