For most of us, routines are a part of our everyday lives. We do the same thing every morning when we wakeup, and sometimes even the same thing at night before we go to sleep. The question is.. are our routines helping or hurting us? Are there things we can add or subtract that could help us? From the things we consume, to how we spend our free time.
It's all part of the routine.
