  • Subha has found a friend in humans as well. He was the younger son Pratap of their neighbors. He was considered useless by his parents and other family members. Pratap loved catching fish and used to do so every day. And that was when he will end up meeting Subha. A dumb person is the best companion while trying to fish and hence he liked her company a lot.

    Subha also wished to have some magical powers with which she could impress Pratap and take his focus away from fishing.
