The Stories and the People in the Bible are not Characters|What is Jesus life on earth?During His life on the earth, He cared for the poor, He healed the sick (see Luke 17:12–19), and He never turned away little children (see Matthew 19:13–14). His love is endless and available to all of us. Jesus taught that we must forgive. Even as He died on the cross, Jesus forgave the people who killed Him. According to general scholarship, the first recorded words of Jesus are actually in Mark 1:15 (as it was considered the first Gospel that was written): "This is the time of fulfillment. The kingdom of God is at hand. So repent (mετανοείτε), and believe in the gospel."
