When we ignore our sensory needs, they grate on us in the background, making it harder for us to think, learn, and regulate ourselves. Today, we talk about what these sensory needs can look like for you or your kid, how to tune into them, and how to make little shifts to make sure we take these needs seriously in our daily lives.
