Paramount wins the bidding war for Warner Bros.

There is now a winner in the bitter Hollywood takeover battle for Warner Brothers Discovery. Paramount Skydance is set to take over the company after Netflix this afternoon announced it is pulling out of the bidding war. Paramount has offered $31 a share for Warner Bros. Discovery.
