When you fall down in life and scrape your knee that pain will be there, it will hurt but just know that pain is temporary, and it won't last always. It will eventually fade away. The pains of life will hurt, you will fall down and things will hurt you in life and make you feel like you can't push through them but just know you can. The challenges of life are difficult, but you will get through them, these are only test that God places us through to see how strong we truly are. Pain doesn't last always; these seasons of life will leave but dot get stuck in that season holding on to that pain.
