I plugged it in and it side time of transfer 17 hours actually more like 7 hours. AT&T employee told me to go to Best Buy and get the new iPhone. Does that business model compute? Did you people know this? What you have to do is go into the AT&T store and announce yourself as being a NEW customer. You want a new line and a new phone. Then get the phone, then drop the hammer you are actually a customer. So that is the story of my new iPhone experience. I don’t know how these kids are getting a new one each year.
