What is disturbing is not just this crime but to know this is happening all over this country. He was recently released on a cashless bail and asked to sign a promise to come back to court. Had he been forced to pay a bond, he was already homeless and thus he would have been reprimanded to prison while waiting a court date. The look of horror on Iryna’s face will forever be burned into my brain. Can you flee the scene of a murder? If you see an automobile accident, can you be ticketed for leaving the scene? Is the US Attorney’s office of NC are they going to go back through case logs and review how many people were ROR and committed another crime? Will they reverse this course?
