PRESSURE POINTS: Where the Orlando Magic can still IMPROVE on offense and defense

The Orlando Magic have surged into the top 10 in both offensive and defensive rating as they approach the quarter mark of the season. But they still have work to do and there are clear pressure points for them to cover as they continue to advance through the season.

The Magic have feasted in transition but still struggle to make the half-court possessions that define Playoff basketball. Their defense is not creating turnovers at the same rate as it did last season while still establishing a consistent physicality.

Players are also starting to feel the pressure, especially Tyus Jones and Jonathan Isaac. Both have come out of early-season frustrations to contribute more meaningfully. But they could be exploited later in the season.
