he PANTHER study indicates that clopidogrel provides superior protection against major cardiovascular events compared to aspirin in patients with coronary artery disease, without increasing bleeding risk. This supports its use in individuals at higher risk of gastrointestinal complications, reinforcing current clinical preferences.
