PANS/PANDAS/Lyme with Liza Blas and Pamela Wirth of Hello.Health

Liza Blas is the Community Manager of the Vital Plan Network—an online platform created by Dr. Rawls’ herbal supplement company, Vital Plan. In her role, Liza champions and nurtures a community of over 7,000 members, all of whom are on a transformational healing journey and striving to reclaim their health.

Previously, she served as the host of Very Happy Stories, a podcast dedicated to helping mothers navigate the complex path of healing their children from Lyme disease and PANS/PANDAS. Before entering the wellness and advocacy space, Liza was a commercial real estate broker in Chicago.
