Owning your mistakes

In this episode of the EA Coach, I am talking about making mistakes. We all make them. Especially when you are dealing with and juggling a lot of high-profile people and personalities. What sets Executive Service Professionals apart from everyone else is that when we make a mistake, we own it. We don't deflect or throw anyone under the bus.
