Keeping up with a fitness routine is hard! Plain and simple. It comes down to picking what works for you and staying consistent. For me, it was about overcoming my fear and anxiety of being at the gym. I love the gym, it helps stay in a good mental headspace, but there were some obstacles to overcome so I could stay focused on my training and keeping at it even during the times I really didn't want to go.
