Brittany Hopkins Switlick has been teaching yoga since 2004 and has trained and mentored hundreds of students through her Yoga Alliance-accredited school, Lotus Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is about so much more than just flexibility or fitness—it’s a tool for conscious living. Brittany specializes in helping people apply ancient yogic wisdom to modern challenges, including parenting, identity, leadership, and personal transformation.Before she began practicing yoga, Brittany was a professional dancer who drove a car powered by waste vegetable oil, lived in a straw bale house she co-built, and started dance programs at two international boarding schools—one in Utah and one in China.Today, she lives in the foothills of Colorado with her amazing husband and two young kids, navigating the beautifully chaotic blend of motherhood and mission-driven work.
