Our Lady of Cabeza and The Fourth Week of Lent

For this week's episode we will explore a Black Madonna of Spain. Cabeza is also the name of the mountain where she was discovered Our Lady of Cabeza is a Marian apparition and statue of the Madonna and Child, whose cult is centered at the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza. The Basilica is located in the Natural Park of the Sierra of Andújar, 32 km north of the city of Andújar, Spain. Her story is a fitting focus for this period of our Lenten Journey.
