    Avon Schools is a great place to learn and work! In this, the first podcast episode of 2026, Dr. Wyndham sits down with members of two families that contain both Avon students and employees. Hannah Rutledge teaches at Avon High School and has two daughters: Chaniya, an AHS student, and Charlotte, a student at Maple Elementary (who didn't know she was going to be a podcast guest but who played along anyway). AHS teacher Chris Hill is a three-time podcast guest. This time he joins with his son August, who attends Avon Middle School South.
