The desperate gamble to flood Gnomeregan with radiation killed tens of thousands and left the city in ruins.

Exiled to Tinker Town in Ironforge, the gnomes endured. They fought through madness, leper mutations, and Sicco’s rule as the self styled “King of Gnomeregan.” They built airstrips in Northrend, uncovered the truth of their mechagnome origins, and finally launched Operation: Gnomeregan, a full scale campaign to reclaim their home.This is a story of brilliance and betrayal, exile and resilience, machines and memory.
