”Open skies” for Ukraine: what exactly did we get?

Kyiv took a long time to sign the Treaty on Open Skies. 14 years. And on October 12, during the 23rd Ukraine-EU summit, it was signed. The agreement will further open Ukraine to low-cost airlines, which will increase passenger traffic and significantly contribute to the growth of Ukraine's economy in the field of tourism. For example, Ryanair has already announced plans for aggressive expansion in Ukraine. So the agreement will remove market restrictions for Ukraine and link it to the EU's domestic aviation market.
