I'm Kara, your guide, and I'm so glad you're here. I began my meditation and visualization practice in my mid-twenties during a season of profound change - a divorce, my father's cancer diagnosis, a career shift, and moving back home. These practices became my anchor, helping me regulate my nervous system, call in abundance, meet my higher self, and find peace and clarity in the midst of transition. I believe deeply in their ability to support transformation because I have witnessed it in my own life.
