  • John's monologue this time features Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan who was arrested by the FBI on two felony counts for interfering with an ICE operation. Last week, Dugan sent away ICE agents who entered her courtroom to arrest a Mexican man during a separate trial. Then, Dugan allowed the man to use another exit instead of handing him over to the Trump-stapo. Dugan had asked for a judicial arrest warrant and just like in the arrest of Mahmoud Khalil, the ICE agents did NOT have a judicial arrest warrant, only an administrative warrant which carries far less weight and legal obligation. Then, he welcomes back the Rev. Barry Lynn who is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and for a time served as the executive director for Americans United for the Separation of Church and State. They discuss what the bible says about migrants and the death of Pope Francis. And finally, TV's Frank Conniff joins the crew to talk with listeners about the latest news and current trends.
