a huge number of police officer and federal agent goes to this due to the things that has to be face in every tour of duty ,something that we all carry and its not the fire arm but something that is hidden in our mind brain soul we take home from and to work from home .hard to see it but it shows in every aspect of ours life could be a feeling but no is an action that affects us from within and is call stress.

the way things are right now its very difficult to think about becoming a police officer or any law enforcement out there ,wheres theres no more passion ,lack of respect by civilians politics and the whole society .

so many supervisor always want to give their opinion on situation that they had never experience and they think they are right just because they are holding their position or title not knowing anything about the job except the fact that they past a multiple choices test any uniform member of the service with more than three years on the street is supposed to know at least 80 percent of the job and the things that normally happend outthere on the street.

far too often people at work forgot that every tittle position and rank are temporary ,no matter how high you go in any job .you will always be you, and those around you will remember you like that .some forget who they are when get a promotion or a tittle ,in the law enforcement community and all types of jobs.

the president of the united states made clear the government duty is to protect and defend the American people not anybody else and i agree he's totally right about that mean while we saw clearly what is the agenda of others not to mentioned anybody.
