One Third of Colorado Democrats Legislation will be Focusing on What?? Do You Have a Guess?

Ty Winter, Assistant Minority Leader joins Jeff and Bill to outline the odd priorities coming out of the Democrat caucus under the golden dome. Rep. Winter says Energy and Clean Air are the rumored focus of up to 1/3rd of the expected Democrat legislation. While on the surface that might sound okay, you know where this is headed based on their past efforts on both. Also, why are they NOT focused on the massive budget deficit that caused a special session just last term?
