    Danielle grew up watching the family business her father Dan Puente built from a garage in the early 1990s. After attending the University of Arizona and studying entrepreneurship and accounting, she found her path by joining the DP Electric team.

    She jumped in with both feet as a controller and, over a 10-year period, rose through the ranks to become CFO and eventually the successor to her father.

    Danielle shares the journey of joining the company, earning leadership inside a fast-growing construction firm, and taking the reins into the next generation. Under her leadership, the company has continued scaling to over $350M in annual revenue, while expanding into new markets like Austin, Texas.
