SEAC Ramón "CZ" Colón-López - Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is partnering with One More Day to share his lived experience and personal battles with mental health. He is here to elicit change around the stigma of mental health along with the Department of Defense. The language military leaders use is changing as we continue to combat the mental health crisis and suicidal ideations. Colón-López mentions that the simple act of lending an ear, being available to hear what is bothering someone, is enough to start the change. He doesn't want to lose this fight against suicide. It's time you get the help you need so you can live a good and productive life.
