When I found myself drowning in dumb debt, I took a look in the mirror and knew I had to change the person who was looking back at me. MEEEEE. This was a harsh reality but a necessary one. Once I stopped digging a deeper hole with dump debt and, instead, started dumping it, my life changed significantly -- so much so that I was able to go from $25K in Student Loan debt to owning 3 rental homes in the span of just 7 years.
