  • Ep. 18: From Panic Attacks to Peace: Addiction, Forgiveness & Finding God with Randy Parsons
    Mar 10 2026

In this episode, I sit down with mentor and golf coach, Randy Parsons, to talk about the season that nearly broke him. From a childhood marked by violence and anger, to years of alcohol abuse and crippling panic attacks that made him fear he might die, Randy shares what it looked like to hit rock bottom....and what began to change it all.

We talk about unforgiveness, spiritual confusion, fear, and the moment a friend prayed over him when he couldn't pray for himself. That turning point eventually led him to seek the Holy Spirit on his own and begin rebuilding his life. This conversation is honest and imperfect; but at its core, it's about a man learning to move from panic to peace.

If you've ever wrestled with anxiety, addiction, or forgiveness, this episode will meet you there.

  • Ep. 15: The Blueprint for Restoration
    Feb 17 2026

Most of us stop building because we're tired of things breaking. Whether it's a business, a dream or a relationship; the "rubble" can feel so final. But what if the destruction of the first thing is just the invitation to build the better thing?

This week, we look at Nehemiah's blueprint for restoration! We talk about the voice telling you to give up, and how to stay on the ladder when the critics start shouting. Based on Nehemiah 2 and Galatians 6:9, this is a deep dive into why you aren't just 'the person with a plan' but rather the 'builder with a calling'.

  • Ep. 14: ANGELS PART TWO
    Feb 10 2026

In this episode, we continue the conversation on angels, this time we tell real-life stories.

We'll read firsthand accounts of people who have come face to face with angels - divine protection, comfort, warning, and undeniable peace. Stories that feel too specific, too timely, and too holy to dismiss. It's about more than curiosity, it's about remembering that the spiritual realm is very real, active, and closer than we think. That God still sends help. That heaven still intervenes. And that we are never as alone as we sometimes feel.

If you've ever wondered whether angels still show up...if you've had an experience you can't explain...or you simply need hope that God is present and moving - this one's for you!

  • Ep. 13: ANGELS PART ONE
    Feb 3 2026

What if angels aren't just a distant Bible concept? What if they are active, present, and involved in our every day lives? In Part One of this series, we're opening the door to real angel encounters, both biblical and personal. I share a deeply personal story that changed the way I understand God's protection and presence, along with a powerful, firsthand account from my pastor that left me in awe of how clearly God intervenes when we least expect it.

We'll talk about what Scripture says about angels, why their role matters more than we realize, and how these stories aren't about elevating angels, but about pointing us back to the nearness, sovereignty, and care of God Himself.

If you've wondered whether God still sends help, still protects, still moves in ways we can't see, this one's for you. This is just the beginning: Part One.

  • Ep. 12: When Anger Feels Justified
    Jan 27 2026

The story of Dinah in Genesis 34 is one of the most uncomfortable passages in the Bible, and maybe one of the most relatable. A wrong is done. Anger ignites. Revenge feels justified. And yet, everything spirals further into destruction.

In this episode, we walk through Dinah, Shechem, Jacob, and Jacob’s sons through a modern lens, exploring what happens when righteous anger turns into unchecked vengeance. We talk about the kind of anger that feels holy, protective, and deserved; and how easily it can become the very thing that destroys us from the inside out.

This is a raw conversation about justice, rage, silence, and the difference between responding in pain versus responding in wisdom.

  • Ep. 11: Fearfully & Wonderfully Wired (Your Anxiety or Depression is NOT a Flaw)
    Jan 20 2026

"If you were a real Christian, you wouldn't struggle with anxiety or depression."

    FULL STOP.

I've been told this while smiling politely and screaming internally. I've definitely felt shame for feeling the way I did. So today, we're talking about it!

Here's the biggest takeaway - God didn't mess up when He created our nervous systems. He designed it that way on purpose. We'll break down why anxiety or depression aren't spiritual flaws, how trauma really does live in your body, and why fight-or-flight is evidence of intelligent design. From reflexes we're born with, to adrenaline that helps us survive, to the way our bodies instinctively protect what we love most....none of it is accidental.

We'll also talk about what Scripture actually says (spoiler: God never promised easy), and how He meets us in our fear instead of shaming us for it. This is your reminder that being anxious/depressed doesn't make you a bad Christian, it makes you human, and deeply known.

So if you love God and take anxiety meds, if you pray and have panic attacks, if you trust Him and still struggle, pull up a chair. You're wired. And you're held.
