  • Ep. 13: ANGELS PART ONE
    Feb 3 2026

What if angels aren't just a distant Bible concept? What if they are active, present, and involved in our every day lives? In Part One of this series, we're opening the door to real angel encounters, both biblical and personal. I share a deeply personal story that changed the way I understand God's protection and presence, along with a powerful, firsthand account from my pastor that left me in awe of how clearly God intervenes when we least expect it.

We'll talk about what Scripture says about angels, why their role matters more than we realize, and how these stories aren't about elevating angels, but about pointing us back to the nearness, sovereignty, and care of God Himself.

If you've wondered whether God still sends help, still protects, still moves in ways we can't see, this one's for you. This is just the beginning: Part One.

  • Ep. 12: When Anger Feels Justified
    Jan 27 2026

The story of Dinah in Genesis 34 is one of the most uncomfortable passages in the Bible, and maybe one of the most relatable. A wrong is done. Anger ignites. Revenge feels justified. And yet, everything spirals further into destruction.

In this episode, we walk through Dinah, Shechem, Jacob, and Jacob’s sons through a modern lens, exploring what happens when righteous anger turns into unchecked vengeance. We talk about the kind of anger that feels holy, protective, and deserved; and how easily it can become the very thing that destroys us from the inside out.

This is a raw conversation about justice, rage, silence, and the difference between responding in pain versus responding in wisdom.

  • Ep. 11: Fearfully & Wonderfully Wired (Your Anxiety or Depression is NOT a Flaw)
    Jan 20 2026

"If you were a real Christian, you wouldn't struggle with anxiety or depression."

    FULL STOP.

I've been told this while smiling politely and screaming internally. I've definitely felt shame for feeling the way I did. So today, we're talking about it!

Here's the biggest takeaway - God didn't mess up when He created our nervous systems. He designed it that way on purpose. We'll break down why anxiety or depression aren't spiritual flaws, how trauma really does live in your body, and why fight-or-flight is evidence of intelligent design. From reflexes we're born with, to adrenaline that helps us survive, to the way our bodies instinctively protect what we love most....none of it is accidental.

We'll also talk about what Scripture actually says (spoiler: God never promised easy), and how He meets us in our fear instead of shaming us for it. This is your reminder that being anxious/depressed doesn't make you a bad Christian, it makes you human, and deeply known.

So if you love God and take anxiety meds, if you pray and have panic attacks, if you trust Him and still struggle, pull up a chair. You're wired. And you're held.

    Jan 13 2026

Ever feel like everything you've ever relied on is suddenly gone? Or at least being taken away? This episode is all about pruning; what it looks like when God removes people, plans, or seasons you thought you needed. We talk about why it hurts so dang much, why it feels totally unfair, and how it's often the clearest sign you're growing into something far greater than you could ever ask or imagine! If you're in a "what is even happening right now" season, this one's for you!

  • Ep. 9: Is This Conviction....or Just the Algorithm?
    Jan 6 2026

Everyone has an opinion. Everyone has a platform. And somehow....everyone is yelling. In this episode, we talk about why constant divisive commentary is spiritually exhausting, how distraction can look very productive, and how discernment often sounds a lot less dramatic than social media would have you believe.

Spoiler alert: if it steals your peace and pulls your focus off God, it might not be wisdom - it might just be noise.

  • Ep. 7: I Don't Like That Look, Mav (Well, It's The Only One I Got)
    Dec 9 2025

In this episode, we're diving straight into one of the most underrated moments in Top Gun: Maverick. That line - "I don't like that look, Mav." And Maverick's response? "It's the only one I got."

Listen, that line hit me different this time. Because so many of us spend our whole lives trying to change our 'look' - our personality, our softness, our instinct, the way God wired us....because someone, somewhere, told us they didn't like it. We twist ourselves into whatever version feels the most acceptable, the least embarrassing, the least "too much".

But what if the very thing people criticized in you....is the exact thing God wants to use?

We're going there. We're talking comformity, overthinking, calling on Psalm 139, and how the Holy Spirit nudges us just like Maverick tells Rooster: "Don't think. Just do."

We'll talk about how your empathy isn't a flaw. Why your fire isn't "too much." Why your sensitivity might actually be a GIFT that was never meant to be hidden. And why your "only look" - the one you've been apologizing for - is the one God handcrafted for your exact mission.

If you've ever felt pressured to be someone else...if you've ever been told you're too emotional, too loud, too sensitive, too quiet, too different....this episode is meant for you. Truly.

If this episode encouraged you, it would mean the world if you'd leave a quick review. It takes ten seconds, but it helps this podcast reach the people who actually need it. And if someone came to mind while you were listening - please send it to them! That's how this community grows, friend to friend, one honest share at a time.

  • Ep. 6: When Old Habits Start Calling Your Name (Hood You vs. Good You)
    Dec 2 2025

Sometimes the old version of you shows up before you even realize what's happening. One minute you're trying to walk with God, stay sober, stay steady, and the next you're singing college throwback songs with your fam in Florida, waking up slightly hungover and wondering what the heck just happened.

In this episode, I'm getting real about the tug-of-war between who you used to be and who God is calling you to become. The GOOD you, the one aligned with God, peace, clarity and purpose is worth fighting for (and she's closer than you think)!

If you've ever felt the pull between the "hood you" (old habits, old coping, old comfort) and the "good you" (your healed, redeemed, God-led self), this one is for you! It'll make you laugh, reflect, and maybe feel a little seen in the best way!
