  • Before Matthew Schneider tasered a handcuffed man in the groin after a traffic stop, the Glendale officer claimed he stopped the vehicle for an alleged turn signal violation. But surveillance footage shows Schneider never saw that violation. The officer is now under investigation by the State Police and the FBI.
