    Helena Farabella, CMM, HITCM-PP is a Medical Office Manager with over 30 years of experience. She has also been a PAHCOM member and Certified Medical Manager (CMM) since 1997. Helena was an active member of her local PAHCOM chapter in Montgomery-Bucks county, where she once served as secretary, and twice as president. She also served on the PAHCOM National Advisory Board for three years, and in 2017 was appointed National Chairperson - an office she held for three years. Helena is a staunch believer in supporting and mentoring her PAHCOM peers and encourages its members to be CMM credentialed.

    Helena joins us today to discuss leading and managing teams during a national or regional emergency. She explains the characteristics leaders should exude amidst a crisis and how leaders can support their staff and employees in a challenging time.
