Dr. Charli Kemp is a curator of transformative learning experiences that empower individuals to build their capacity and create positive systemic change. Utilizing education as a vehicle for activism, she is driven to end inequitable systems that create opportunities and access for underserved communities.

This week’s Office Hours with Doc is extra special — my guest is our youngest of three sons, Nicholas Michael Scott 🖤 . He needs no introduction — but I’ll give him one anyway.

Kisha and I have three wonderful sons, now three daughters, and four grandchildren.

From playing special teams at Penn State to becoming a Super Bowl champ and now strong safety for the Carolina Panthers, Nicholas’ journey has been one of faith, grit, and heart. I’ve watched him grow from a determined little boy into a disciplined, grounded, and relentless husband, father, and professional — on and off the field.

Grateful to sit down with him not just as a host, but as a dad. You won’t want to miss this one. Among other things, you'll learn what it was like growing up under two educators.
