Obstacles in prayer (practical)

Full disclosure, at the beginning of this episode we got distracted and followed some banter-iffic rabbit trails. BUT, that kind of illustrates one of the points at the heart of this episode. We are highly distractable beings. And we're busy. And we get bored. And these are just some of the practical obstacles we face when we are trying to develop a prayer habit.
