Oakland Co. GOP Party Chair wants judge to step down over Charlie Kirk post

More controversy surrounding social media posts and the murder of Charlie Kirk. Wednesday, Oakland County District Court Judge Jaimie Powell Horowitz posted on Facebook, just hours after Kirk was shot and killed, a quote from Kirk about gun violence where he said: "I think it’s worth it to have the cost of unfortunately some gun deaths every year, so we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God given rights. It’s a prudent deal, a rational deal." Powell followed Kirk's quote with this quote: "Talk about dying for your beliefs. " Many political leaders on the right are upset about the judge's post including Oakland County Republican Party Chair, Vance Patrick.
