Nurturing bonds that are enduring: The Fukushima Society in Perth - 築いた絆を細く長く、パースふくしまの会・野坂薫副会長

Perth-based Kaoru Nosaka is not from Fukushima but had connections with the prefecture even before the Great East Japan Earthquake struck in 2011, through lectures she gave at the Fukushima University.
