So in case anyone else ever struggles around the holidays going around your family because of trauma, or if you have bad experiences or whatever the case may be, then this episode is for you. Especially if there’s really deep trauma and there’s really deep denial. You are not alone. This is my struggle with going around my family during the holidays.
