I’m Beau Johnson. It’s January 1, 2026. Welcome to yestohellwith.com. At the start of a new year, people talk about resolutions. Most of them don’t last. But there is one resolution that actually matters: to understand the system before it ever acts on you. That’s why the Statement of Understanding exists. Not as a weapon. Not as a demand. But as preparation

— a way to establish, in advance, what you do not consent to and how silence is not to be mischaracterized later as agreement. I created the Liberty Dialogues to isolate the truth about jurisdiction— of government, of courts, and especially the federal income tax. Through sustained questioning, even AI was forced to concede that federal income tax jurisdiction is applied through presumption, not proof. That matters— because the system does not operate on truth. It operates on presumption. Most people ask the wrong question. They ask, “How do I defeat the system?” You don’t. Systems like this are understood, interrupted where possible, and placed on the record where interruption is refused. Presumption moves first. Authority follows—not because it’s right, but because it’s recognized. Status is assigned. Standing closes the gate. This isn’t villainy. It’s machinery. This year isn’t about protest. It’s about posture. When you understand jurisdiction, you stop surrendering ground you never owed. That’s where this work begins.
