I almost didn’t record this episode.

Because talking about peptides — especially GLP-1s — feels loaded right now. Opinions are loud. Misinformation is everywhere. And if I’m being real, I carried my own shame, guilt, and confusion into this conversation.

In this episode, I’m sharing why I decided to stop staying silent.

For years, I believed that if you moved your body, prioritized protein, hydrated, slept, and avoided diet culture — things would work themselves out. And for a long time, they did.

Until they didn’t.

Despite doing all the “right” things, my energy tanked. Inflammation stayed high. Recovery slowed. And one moment in particular — collapsing on my workout floor in tears because my body simply wouldn’t respond — became a turning point I couldn’t ignore.

This episode is not about shortcuts.
It’s not about shrinking your body.
And it’s definitely not about abandoning healthy habits.

It’s about evolution.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why I struggled to even talk about peptides at first
  • How my mindset around GLP-1s and peptide therapy shifted through real research
  • My personal journey from burnout and frustration to finally listening to my body
  • The three peptides I’m currently using and why
  • How I approach peptides responsibly — as support, not replacement
  • Why injections are different from capsules (and why that matters)
  • The importance of sourcing, guidance, and asking the right questions before ever starting something like this

The peptides I discuss include:

  • Retatrutide — a triple-agonist peptide studied for metabolic health, inflammation support, and energy efficiency
  • NAD⁺ — cellular support for energy, cognition, recovery, and longevity
  • The Glow Blend (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) — focused on healing, tissue repair, recovery, and skin health

I want to be very clear:
I still believe in movement.
I still strength train.
I still prioritize protein, walking, sleep, hydration, and nervous system regulation.

Peptides didn’t replace my foundation — they helped my body finally respond to it.

And as more people start talking about peptides — many without proper education, background, or concern for safety — I feel a responsibility to speak up, educate, and encourage informed decision-making instead of fear or hype.

I don’t sell peptides.

But I do believe in helping women ask better questions, understand their options, and approach wellness from a place of integrity, not extremes.

If you’ve ever felt like you were doing everything “right” and still felt off… this conversation is for you.

Pretty isn’t a look — it’s how you show up. And sometimes, showing up means allowing yourself to evolve.
