Nishma Robb on Genuine Representation and Creating Space

Nishma Robb is Google’s Senior Director of Brand & Reputation Marketing and the Vice President of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership). Nishma is passionate about meaningful representation and wants to set the stage for future talent.

Liz and Jordan speak to Nishma about how her busy childhood shaped her work ethic and sense of identity, the early impacts of the lack of representation in media had on her, and how she is tackling tokenism and diversifying the spaces she’s in now.
