  • The Feds Arrest Two Judges
    May 1 2025
    The Trump Administration’s aggressive crackdown on immigration continues as federal authorities arrest two judges; a Wisconsin judge and a former New Mexico judge in two separate cases. Both are accused of interfering with Trump administration immigration enforcement efforts. The arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan is very similar to the 2019 case of MA judge Shelley Joseph who was accused of helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE agents. Dan will discuss the similarities between both the WI and MA case as well as dive into the case out of New Mexico of a former judge and his wife accused of harboring of an undocumented immigrant with alleged ties to the notorious gang Tren de Aragua.
