In the fourth hour of New Day we are first joined by Todd Leabo, and shaking things up by starting with some Royals talk, as the winter meetings have begun in Orlando. We first hear some audio from JJ Picollo who spoke on MLB Network yesterday about the Royals offseason and some potential areas of improvement, as well as some discussion about the depth of starting pitching they have. Next we hear from Andy Reid from his press conference yesterday talking about Sundays loss, and the decision to go for it on 4th down on their own side of the field.

In hour 2 of New Day we are joined over the phone by former Chiefs receiver Marc Boerigter. SSJ, Nate, Jake, and Marc begin the hour discussing the College football Playoff and all the drama that comes with it. Then the guys get back into the Chiefs, starting with talking about Rashee Rice, SSJ gets Marc’s thoughts on rice as a receiver as he has had some drops over the past few games. SSJ, Marc, Nate, and Jake then get into the controversial decision of going for it on 4th down on the Chiefs own 31 yard line. Lastly the guys talk about some previous draft classes as they search for answers for some of the Chiefs shortcomings.
