  • Our guest is Coach Willette White. Her coaching career spans 36 years, 26 years at Power 5 Universities.  She has served the student athlete as an assistant coach, associate head coach, head coach and director of admin and operations. 
    We discuss her new program "Next Step" ,  a transitional coaching program that addresses the challenges, needs and adjustments student athletes have while they transition from high school student/athlete/life to college student/athlete/life.
