'My way of giving back': SES volunteer Harminder Singh recognised for his selfless service - ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਐਸ.ਈ.ਐਸ. ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ 'ਸਥਾਨਕ ਨਾਇਕ' ਵਜੋਂ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ

Not only has Harminder Singh been a state emergency service volunteer for the last seven years, he has also made around 100 blood donations and run almost 8,000 km for a variety of causes. Recently, he was honoured with the Hume Resident Recognition Award for going above and beyond to serve the community. - ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਟੇਟ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਹਨ, ਬਲਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਗਭਗ 100 ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਗਭਗ 8,000 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 'ਹਿਊਮ ਰੈਜ਼ੀਡੈਂਟ ਰਿਕੋਗਨੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਵਾਰਡ' ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
