My boss doesn't submit me for career development trainings like he does my other colleagues. How do I get him to see this and treat me fairly?

You want to do good work, get recognized for it and continue developing. And sometimes you don't feel as visible on your team as some others. It's not a good feeling but now is not the time to shrink into the background.
