Jenny Lytle is a hospice nurse turned stress-relief and self-care coach, helping busy people prioritize practical, customized self-care and fit it into their already jam-packed lives, encouraging them to focus on small, simple things instead of feeling like it's all or nothing. Her own personal journey, coupled with my mom's untimely death (which she believes was connected to a lack of self-care), makes her passionate about helping others see that self-care isn't selfish, it's essential if we want to continue to care for others and live our best lives.
