  • It seemed weird we need to have a month to recognize the importance of Mental Health in our lives, but since we do I thought I'd get in here to talk a little about my own mental health as an addict and a sufferer of GAD and long-term depression, but also the friends who have died and what I recognized in them that looked like me. It's a hard topic, but one that's worth the time. If there's anyone in your life struggling or you are struggling yourself, don't hesitate to reach out to someone who loves you. Or reach out to me.
