Starting tonight, head over to The Lookout at Ole Red Nashville for Megan Wilder's performance at 4:30 PM. It's the perfect way to kick off your evening with some live country entertainment.
If you're in the mood for holiday magic, Christmas at Gaylord Opryland is in full swing and running through January 3rd. This spectacular experience features dazzling displays, tempting treats, and holiday shows. The highlight is ICE, which showcases beloved scenes from A Charlie Brown Christmas brought to life through incredible ice sculptures. It's happening all day, every day this week, making it perfect for a family outing or a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
Downtown Nashville is also getting festive with the Snowy Moonshine pop-up bar at Ole Smoky 6th and Peabody. This winter wonderland features sparkly snowflakes and lit-up ornaments where you can sip seasonal drinks like Mulled Magic hot chocolate spiked with Ole Smoky Moonshine flavors, or try the Winter Wish shooter. This popup runs through December 31st, so you've got plenty of time to check it out.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Franklin is hosting its Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 6th at 1 PM in historic downtown. If you prefer Christmas carols, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center is presenting Handel's Messiah from December 5th through 7th with the Nashville Symphony. And for the little ones, Elf the Musical is playing at the Schermerhorn on December 10th and 11th, bringing that beloved holiday movie to life on stage.
If you're a concert enthusiast, LeAnn Rimes is bringing her Greatest Hits Christmas Tour to Category 10 on Friday, December 12th. For something more classical, Amy Grant and Vince Gill are lighting up the Ryman Auditorium on December 12th with their holiday program featuring cherished standards and some of their biggest hits.
So whether you're catching live performances, experiencing holiday attractions, or enjoying festive pop-ups, Nashville has something magical waiting for you this week. Bundle up, grab your loved ones, and make some memories in Music City.
