I found this podcast very informative, especially, if you are new to music education. It also takes you back to your early school years, and, it makes you think about how you handled situations…elementary, middle school, high school, etc. The podcast on this subject gave great suggestions on how to handle situations with “new kids on the block”…well worth the listen!
